BIGHOSS Athletics started when I finally admitted I was unhappy with where I was physically and mentally.

It was built during the struggle.

Like a lot of people, I spent years not feeling comfortable with where I was physically or mentally. I knew I wanted more for myself, but self-doubt, inconsistency, injuries, setbacks, stress, and uncertainty constantly got in the way. There were moments where progress felt impossible. Moments where starting over felt easier than continuing.

 

 

MORE THAN FITNESS

Fitness became more than just lifting weights or changing my appearance.

It became a fight to become stronger mentally, emotionally, and physically.

Along that journey, I realized something:
the process never truly ends.

THE PROCESS NEVER ENDS

There is no final destination where everything suddenly becomes perfect. There are always new challenges, injuries, obstacles, failures, doubts, and moments that test who you are. But there are also victories, growth, discipline, confidence, and proof that you are capable of becoming more than you once believed.

I also wanted to create apparel differently.

For years, I dealt with gym clothing that either didn’t fit right, didn’t feel right, or didn’t represent the mentality I carried into training and life. I wanted clothing that fit better, looked stronger, felt premium, and represented discipline, resilience, and the mentality of earning your progress through adversity.
